CHAGEE’s first North American store opening at Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles presented an opportunity to translate the brand’s philosophy into a holistic experience. The concept merged Eastern tea rituals with LA’s cinematic charm, balancing Hollywood’s elegance with CHAGEE’s values of refinement and authenticity. The project included event visual identity, catering display, floral arrangements, tea card and Event Signage design, and an instructional microsite—together creating a cohesive atmosphere that bridged tradition and modernity, and celebrated the exchange and integration of cultures.
